Launch of a  Managing Digital Transformation & Innovation Track, within the Specialized Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (MS SMIB), in September 2019.

Around common values and a commitment to CSR, ESSEC and the Renault Group Corporate Foundation are launching a new track on the management of digital transformation and innovation. As part of the Specialized Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (SMIB), this specialization aims to train future leaders of digital transformation in business. The objective of the program is to develop the skills of students and participants so that they can drive a 360-degree digital transformation, from customer data to the digitization of the supply chain, services and production, in a international and multicultural environment.

Each year, the Renault Foundation will finance 15 to 18 fellows selected among the graduates of partner universities in France and abroad.

Foundation scholarships will cover tuition and social security costs, living expenses, participation in a study tour to discover economic and cultural Europe and in a Renault Group discovery seminar. Finally, each fellow coming from abroad will receive a financial contribution towards the cost of transport between home and the Cergy campus.

Felix Papier, Dean for Pre-experience Programs, ESSEC Business School:"The Renault Foundation's societal commitments to provide access to education in many countries are values that we have shared at ESSEC for many years now, particularly through our initiatives within the Equal Opportunities Center. But this partnership is  also a unique opportunity for us to offer our students the opportunity to enhance their skills, beyond international management, technology management, digital and mobility issues, which helps to make them tomorrow's leaders in their organizations. With the Renault Foundation, we have built a unique journey that feeds on several aspects: managerial, societal, economic, entrepreneurial, and digital."

Oliver Faust, Managing Director of the Renault Foundation:"With the emergence of the connected and autonomous car, new challenges - at the same time technical, societal, ethical, economic and legal - challenge the players in the digital transformation of our industry. An integral part of Mobilize, the Group's CSR approach, the Renault Foundation aims to promote inclusion and sustainable mobility; it intends to play a role in the digitalization of the industry by training the new generations in the professions of tomorrow, while guaranteeing equal opportunities for students, through the granting of scholarships and support for students throughout their journey.”
